It cannot prescribe medication or perform physical diagnostics.

If your photo is too blurry, too dark, or the engine cannot clearly identify the affected area, the system will trigger a safety filter. If you pay for a scan and the AI cannot provide a readable triage report, simply email our support team with your Document ID, and we will issue a full refund immediately under our Blurry Photo Guarantee.

No. We operate on a strict Zero Photo Retention policy. Once the MAGG.IE™ Engine processes your image and generates your report, the photo data is scrubbed from our servers. We never sell your data or use your private photos to train public marketing models.
